Coaching

I’ve been coaching for over three years, and it that time it has never failed to amaze me the capacity that people have for growth and change.

You might come for coaching because you have a big decision to make or a life transition to navigate. You might need some motivation in starting a new project or habit…or you might just have a sense that your life needs a bit of a shift. Whatever it is, I’m here to support you in that.

Having a coach is a way of looking after yourself during the process of change. I’ll be there to help you build courage, change thought patterns and find new ways of doing things that make life feel better.

I really believe we can all build a life that feels good to us. It’s about finding a process that works for you and setting goals that feel truly meaningful. I also believe this process can be fun! There will be humour in our work together - as well as moments of honesty and vulnerability. We’ll get through the tough bits together and you should emerge on the other side feeling more powerful than before.

As well as my ICF coaching diploma, I have an MA in Gender, Sexuality and Culture and experience of working on LGBTQIA+ policy and in the third sector. So I bring an understanding of how power, privilege and oppression can be factors in our lives that pose barriers and are worth considering when we are thinking about why life feels a certain way.

Our sessions will be on zoom, and you could start right away. Drop me an email at ailishmbreen@gmail.com to get going!
