Ailish is a coach, facilitator and connection-maker.
They’re currently working in the outdoors, through their organisation Queer Out Here and with a variety of corporate clients who are curious about group coaching, allyship, inclusion and supporting their LGBTQ+ staff and customers.
Ailish has also worked in the Equality and Human Rights Commission, as Inclusion Lead for the National Trust, has an MA in Gender, Sexuality and Culture and an accredited diploma in Transformational Coaching.
As a coach, Ailish works with anybody who needs help with authenticity and self-belief - believing that a society made up of individuals who love and accept themselves will more easily love and accept others.
Ailish Lives in the Peak District, near Manchester.
